12/8/2022 0 Comments How to install spiceworks helpdesk![]() ![]() The ability to have specific queues within a company for particular issue types.As an administrator, I can see tickets from all companies and assign them to my technicians who may have access to some or all of the sites. ![]() (This may also be distinguished by having separate addresses to send to.) ![]() Incoming Emails from a particular domain are automatically assigned to the proper site and site coordinator.Coordinators have access to manage tickets for their site, but they do not have access to tickets for other sites that they are not assigned to.Tickets created from a specific site are automatically assigned to the designated coordinator for that site.My only concern was whether the help desk component is robust enough to meet the following features: I installed the remote site components and definitely see the value for managing services. Recently, I have been experimenting with using Spiceworks to manage multiple clients/edpartments. ![]()
